Someone has stuffed the most important seats in England with cactus. Danger Mouse surmises the pointy plants come from the giant saguaros. Therefore, he and Penfold head for Mexico where they soon home in on Baron Greenback. Unfortunately, the villainous toad has an angry bull on his side.
